Ann Arbor’s East Stadium Bridges Re-Open: Michael Nearing, Senior Project Manager, Project Management Services Unit, City of Ann Arbor – Traffic is now crossing the new $23 million replacement of the two dilapidated East Stadium bridges near the University of Michigan Stadium.  The project was completed on time, although the City of Ann Arbor is still working on landscaping and a few other items along the span, which means you may yet encounter a few lane closures.

Dexter Area Chamber of Commerce: Celebrating 100 Years of Girl Scouts  – Abby Goldberg, Chamber Executive Director;  Dexter Girl Scouts’ Debbie Koch, Service Unit Manager, Ina Germain, Gold Award Advisor; & Dianne Singer, Troop Organizer – The Girls Scouts are celebrating 100 years this year!  The program has a strong presence in Dexter, where all 10 girls in Dianne Singer’s troop of senior high school students earned their Gold Award (the equivalent of what the Eagle Scout Award is to the Boy Scouts.)
