Chelsea Area Chamber of Commerce: Chelsea Invitational Craft Fair –  Bob Pierce, Chamber Executive Director; Mark Loeb, Owner, Integrity Shows – Artists and crafters will show their work this weekend at the Chelsea Invitational Craft Fair, which is billed as an art show and a home Show. The event is May 4 and 5 at the Chelsea Fairgrounds.  There is no charge to attend the show and parking is free.

Sarah Murray and Chief John SetoRemembering Vada:  Sarah Murray, Wife of the Late Vada Murray; Chief John Seto, Ann Arbor Police Department  – The Vada Murray Fund for Cancer Research at the University of Michigan honors the former Michigan Football player and Ann Arbor police officer’s community service and sportsmanship.  Vada died April 6, 2011, at age 43 of lung cancer. More information can be found online at www.vadamurray.com.  - The Vada Murray Fund for Cancer Research High School Lacrosse games are Friday, May 3 at Pioneer and Skyline high schools.  The Pioneer game begins at 6 p.m. and the varsity game at Skyline High School begins at 7 p.m. in the schools’ stadiums. Tickets are $5 and benefit the Vada Murray Fund for Cancer Research and the Ann Arbor Police Department’s Badge 155 (Vada Murray’s badge number) Fund.
