Danian Dunlap-Hurden shares about the Chelsea First project, which is a program funded by the City of Chelsea and the Chelsea Downtown Development Authority and eyes a strategy to brand and promote Chelsea.  Chelsea First will put together a complete marketing campaign for the city and hopes to launch it by October.
