Will Dexter Become a City? – Jim Carson, Village Trustee; Jim Seta, Past Village President – On May 7 Dexter voters will determine whether to move forward with the proceedings to incorporate the Village of Dexter and lands in Webster and Scio Township as a Home Rule City.  A “yes” vote permits the incorporation proceedings to continue, while a “no” vote will terminate them.  Here’s what’s at stake.
