$5 Million Ann Arbor Holiday Inn Renovation – Holiday Inn Near the University of Michigan’s Terri Gaeta, Director of Marketing, and Joe Sefcovic, General Manager – The Holiday Inn on Ann Arbor’s north side at Plymouth Road and U.S. 23 has undergone an extensive renovation that includes the new Guy Hollerin’s Ann Arbor Bar & Grill.  The hotel, owned by Ann Arbor Farms Hotel Corp., was bought from Tom Monaghan in 1993.
