The program grew out of the National Trust in 1980, designed to use preservation concepts to keep downtowns vibrant and alive.

Four decades later actress Angelina Jolie has revealed that she recently underwent a double mastectomy because she carries the breast cancer gene. By having both of her breasts removed her doctors said she cuts her risk of developing breast cancer from 87% to less than 5%. Should women with a history of breast cancer undergo genetic testing?
