Plan to Keep Michigan College Grads in the Mitten – State Representative Andy Schor – There’s a new plan to keep Michigan college grads in the state after graduation. State Representative Andy Schor, a Democrat from Lansing, is sponsoring legislation to provide a tax credit for student loan payments.

Saline Area Chamber of Commerce: Saline Schools Excel – Chamber Executive Director Art Trapp; High School Principal Julie Helber and Asst. Superintendent for Human Resources Curt Ellis – Newsweek has ranked Saline High School #1 in Washtenaw County, #4 in Michigan, and #298 in the U.S. Also, Saline will be launching Spanish instruction in three elementary buildings for grades K-3, with plans to expand it through sixth grade over the next three years.
