Overdoses to heroin and fentanyl continue to be a growing concern in southeast Michigan. Now there’s a new multi-agency initiative to empower individuals to seek treatment for substance abuse disorders. The Washtenaw County Recovery Advocacy Committee is a grassroots non-profit organization in support of recovery, which aims to reduce stigma and be the voice of recovery in the community.
